Federico Gutierrez is the winner and candidate for Team for Colombia.

Federico Gutierrez, the ex-mayor of Medellin, was elected the center-right candidate. He got more than 1.7million votes.

Federico Gutierrez, a former mayor from Medellin, was born in Medellin in 1974. His tenure as a city councilman was a time when he backed Sergio Fajardo's bid for Mayor, and then Alonso Salazar's. He was able to get into the Mayor's Office of Medellin by 2015, and this altered his goals. The race for the presidency

The so-called Experience coalition, which eventually became the Team for Colombia, was established in October 2021. Federico Gutierrez, being the Center right coalition, won the nomination.  Fico Gutierrez Paola, a Democratic Center representative, was able to support him in his bid for a second term.

He has also stated that his administration model comes from public management for the people in numerous instances and that politics is a profession.
